Coastal Housing Coalition

In case you missed it:

vision

Our vision is to create a future for Santa Barbara’s South Coast filled with diverse, vibrant, and sustainable communities where the workforce can afford to live in the same city where they work— and children that grow up here can afford to flourish in and contribute to their community.

Mission

Our Mission is to develop a coalition of professionals and stakeholders who are focused on achieving innovative workforce housing solutions in our community. We will accomplish this through conferences, education, advocating for smart housing policy, and facilitating collaborative interactions between housing developers, regulators, businesses, and the local community.
